Rewards Points Redemption
The bonus points can be redeemed for gift certificates of SM store, Rustan commercial corporation, Lazada, & Zalora.
It can be redeemed for mileage as well.
The minimum mileage redemption blocks are 1,000 miles (Asia Miles & KrisFlyer) and 1,500 miles (Mabuhay).

How to Redeem Rewards Points
- Step 1: Log on to www.hsbc.com.ph
- Step 2: Click and view the Rewards e-catalogue specific to your HSBC Credit Card.
- Step 3: Pick the items you wish to redeem.
- Step 4: Redeem your Rewards items via SMS
Claim code shall be sent to your mobile number in HSBC records. Once received, proceed to the redemption center and present the following:
- SMS indicating the claim code
- HSBC Credit Card used for redemption
- Valid government-issued ID
Eligibility
- An existing locally-issued primary credit card owned for at least 6 months
- A minimum annual income of PHP200,000
Required documents:
- Proof of Identity with Complete name (at least one of the following): Passport, Driver’s License, SSS/TIN ID plus NBI Clearance or Voter’s ID. It should be valid (not expired), photo-bearing and contain date of birth.
- Proof of Residence (must be under the name of the applicant): Valid ID containing the address or utility bills (electricity, landline phone, mobile phone or cable TV issued within the last 3 months and must match the permanent and primary address).
Annual Fees
The annual fee is waived for the first year. From year 2 onwards, the annual fee will be:
- Primary Card: PHP2,500
- Supplementary Card: PHP1,250
